Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SmartAlert, available at smart-alert.io and app.smart-alert.io (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Aleksei Nazarov, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia under identification number 304669179, with a registered address at Ponitchala settlement N3, building N5, hall N2, floor N4, auxiliary storage, Krtsanisi district, Tbilisi, Georgia ("SmartAlert", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these Terms.

1. The Service

SmartAlert is software for monitoring smart contracts on public blockchains. You choose contracts and metrics, define alert rules, and receive notifications in the channels you connect, such as Telegram.

SmartAlert is a software-as-a-service product only. We do not accept, hold, transfer or exchange cryptocurrency or any other assets, we do not have access to your wallets or private keys, and we do not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Data and alerts are provided for information only. Any decision you make based on them is yours.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and in projects you own. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans, trial and payment

The Service is offered on the plans described at smart-alert.io/pricing. The Free plan has no charge and has usage limits. Each user receives one time-limited trial of a paid plan, without a payment method, for the first project they create. When the trial ends, the project moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe. Projects created later do not receive a trial, including after the trial project is deleted.

Trials are meant for evaluating the Service, not for using it without paying. If we reasonably suspect trial abuse — for example, repeatedly creating new projects or accounts to get new trials instead of subscribing — we may end trials early, refuse new trials, or suspend or close the accounts involved.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes are calculated and added by Paddle at checkout.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan or through the customer portal provided by Paddle. After cancellation the paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then the project moves to the Free plan. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy at smart-alert.io/refund.

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or limit an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the rules, settings and other content you add to the Service ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to store and process Your Content only to provide and improve the Service. Contract addresses and on-chain data are public information; we may show public contract data in our public contract catalog without any reference to you.

6. Our rights

The Service, including its software, design and the SmartAlert name and logo, belongs to us. These Terms give you a right to use the Service while your account is active; they do not transfer any ownership.

7. Availability and alerts

We work to keep the Service available and alerts timely, but the Service depends on public blockchains, data providers and third-party delivery channels (such as email providers and Telegram) that we do not control. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, that data will be complete or accurate, or that every alert will be delivered or delivered on time. Do not rely on SmartAlert as your only safeguard for funds or systems.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, digital assets or data, arising from your use of the Service or from any missed, delayed or incorrect alert. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, or if required by law. On termination your right to use the Service ends, and we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Service at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms: [email protected]. Billing questions: [email protected]. More at smart-alert.io/contact.
