Alert when a balance is low and no top-up came in an hour
A keeper has a bot that tops up its wallet. A floor like "balance < 1 ETH" wakes the team every time, though the bot tops up a minute later. SmartAlert joins two conditions with AND: the balance is below the floor and no top-up came in an hour. The alert comes only when the top-up really did not happen.
The rule
This is how the rule looks in the new-alert form. You enter the contract address when you create it.
Rule
from contract events- Watch
- Balance of an address: native coin or an ERC-20 token
- Fire when
- Balance below the floor AND no top-up over a window: 15 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours or 24 hours
- Severity
- Warning
- No data
- Report as "no data"
- Plan
- Pro and above
Where it would have fired
Every rule can be checked on history before you turn it on: you see where it would have fired over the last days.
Where the alert goes
Telegram on every plan; Slack, Discord and webhook on paid plans. A new project gets Pro limits for 14 days, no card needed.

Works on: Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base, Arbitrum. · Free plan: up to 3 rules.
Turn it on
- 1
In "Addresses", add the wallet and pick the coin or token.
- 2
Create a rule "Below threshold", press "Add condition", pick the "AND" link and the condition "no top-up" for 1 hour.
- 3
Choose a channel.
Why it matters
An alert that fires for nothing stops being read. The second condition leaves only the cases that need a person.
