Alert on proxy upgrade
An upgradeable proxy can get new code in one transaction. SmartAlert watches the ERC-1967 events Upgraded(implementation) and AdminChanged(previousAdmin, newAdmin) and alerts on each one, with the new implementation or admin address in the message.
