Alert when a Safe transaction fails (ExecutionFailure)
The signers collected the signatures and believe the payout went out. But the call inside the Safe reverted, and the Safe emitted ExecutionFailure. SmartAlert alerts on that event, so the team learns about the failure at once, not from the recipient.
The rule
This is how the rule looks in the new-alert form. You enter the contract address when you create it.

Where it would have fired
Every rule can be checked on history before you turn it on: you see where it would have fired over the last days.
Where the alert goes
Telegram on every plan; Slack, Discord and webhook on paid plans. A new project gets Pro limits for 14 days, no card needed.

Works on: Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base, Arbitrum. · Free plan: up to 3 rules.
Turn it on
- 1
Add your Safe address as a contract.
- 2
In "Suggestions", tick "Transaction failed" and press "Accept".
- 3
Choose a channel the signers read.
Why it matters
A failed execution spends gas and a nonce, and the payout never arrives. The sooner it is visible, the sooner the team signs again.
