Alert on LayerZero setting changes for your OApp

The peer decides which contract on another network your OApp accepts messages from. The delegate can change libraries, DVNs and the peer. DVNs and the confirmation count decide which message counts as real. Delegate and config changes are emitted by the LayerZero endpoint, not your contract, so contract event monitoring misses them. SmartAlert reads the LayerZero endpoint and library events for your OApp's address.

Every rule can be checked on history before you turn it on: you see where it would have fired over the last days.

How to enable

How to enable

  1. 1

    Add your OApp address.

  2. 2

Tick the rules you need: "LayerZero: peer changed", "LayerZero: delegate changed", "LayerZero: config changed".

  3. 3

    Pick a channel.

Why it matters

If someone other than your key changed the peer or DVN, the OApp starts accepting forged messages as real, for example a transfer from another network. An alert on the change gives you time to check who made it before the first such message.

Try it on your own contract

Paste a contract address, pick the recipe, choose where alerts go. The first 14 days have Pro limits.
