Alert on oracle signer or price source changes

Oracle signers and the price source decide what price the protocol values collateral at. Whoever swaps the source can borrow against collateral at their own price. SmartAlert finds oracle config and price source events in your contract's ABI and tells you about each one.

How to enable

How to enable

  1. 1

Add the oracle or protocol contract address.

  2. 2

Tick "Oracle: signers or source changed".

  3. 3

    Pick a channel.

Why it matters

Swapping the price source and swapping oracle signers lead to the same place: the protocol starts trusting someone else's price. The team knows about a planned change in advance; an unplanned one has to be seen before the first loan at the new price.
